A traditional form of massage intended to promote relaxation, enhance circulation to the tissues, as well as relieve muscle pain and tension, improve flexibility, and stimulate blood flow to flush out toxins. This type of massage is recommended for your first experience with massage.

AROMATHERAPY MASSAGE

This massage uses the wisdom of the earth to nurture the body and enrich the spirit. Bask in the soothing aroma of one of nature.s purest elements. Aromatherapy can restore calm, clear the mind, and uplift the spirit. Emerge transformed after this relaxing, tension taming treatment.

50 minutes: $95

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

A form of therapeutic bodywork developed to penetrate deep into the muscle tissue. This intense indulgence can relieve nerve impingement, restore proper body alignment, and increase range of motion and elasticity.

Shellatsu massage

This revolutionary massage technique uses two heated sea shells to warm and loosen your muscles.  Shells from the Tiger-Striped Clam have been carefully sanded and polished.  An infusion of salt water and scents of Green Tea and Mango is used to provide heat from within.  Our massage therapist triggers pressure points and unwinds deep knots to leave you utterly relaxed.

50 minutes: $125

80 minutes: $145

REFLEXOLOGY

An ancient Chinese practice based on the theory that each organ in the body corresponds to a specific point on the foot or hand. Reflexology is a restorative process in which feet and hands are massaged to reestablish the optimal flow of energy throughout the body. This is the perfect treatment after an active day on the golf course, or any physical activity.
