We're looking for a Guest Experience Coordinator (Salon Coordinator); someone who is organized, personable, creative, and enjoys being at the center of an energetic, people-focused environment.

This role goes far beyond answering phones and scheduling appointments. You'll help shape the guest experience from the moment someone contacts us. You'll work alongside a talented team, contribute to social media content, support our developing retail website, communicate with clients, and help bring new ideas to life.

The right person enjoys connecting with people, thrives when balancing multiple priorities, and takes pride in making things run smoothly behind the scenes. Experience in a salon isn't required. Some of the most successful people in roles like this have come from hospitality, retail, healthcare, theatre, education, and other client-focused environments.
